Mike Stalley
CEO / Founder
Mike Stalley, a chartered accountant, founded FiscalReps in 2003 after encountering first-hand the challenges of achieving IPT compliance in the EU. He previously worked at leading global broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson and, subsequently, at specialist international Lloyd’s broker Paragon International where he served as finance director. Mike began his career with Coopers & Lybrand as an insurance sector specialist in the UK and Bermuda.
Chris James
Sales & Marketing Director
Chris James joined FiscalReps from DHL two years ago in the role of Sales & Marketing Director. He brought a highly customer-centric focus to FiscalReps' activities, which ensures that the current and emerging needs of our clients are fully understood and acted upon. He now carries the same ethos into his wider role within the organisation and across the FiscalReps network.
Chris Jelley
Chief Technology Officer
Dr Chris Jelley (MEng, EngD, MBCS) has over 20 years’ experience of software development and IT strategy, implementation and training. As well as developing taxbox ™ he also ensures FiscalReps has a robust IT infrastructure and IT strategy, Chris is also currently leading the implementation of FiscalRep's ISO27001 information security management system.
