Set-up
In advance of activating the taxbox™ and/or taxDNA™ service, each product will require a small amount of configuration to ensure that the platform is tailored to meet each client’s specific requirements.
Such set-up tasks include:
- Mapping your insurance products to the classes of business contained in our products
- Configure user permission levels to ensure that the screen layout for each user is tailored to his/her specific requirements/role
- Entering client-specific insurance license information so you only pay taxes in territories where you are licensed
- Adding multiple branches on the system for multinational insurers
- Adding multiple clients on the system for captive managers
These set-ups can be performed by either FiscalSystems or clients themselves (with the requisite training) depending on your appetite for control over the process.
